Writing is teaching

And teaching is the best way to learn.
So write. And teach. And think out loud.

Good teachers look for ways to get learners to share their thinking. In fact, it’s most of what they do.

When learners share their thinking: (1) Teachers know what they know and what questions they have and (2) Other learners learn from them.

This accelerates learning.

So if there’s something you’re working to make sense of, or that you’re trying to communicate but nobody’s listening.

Take out a pen (or your medium app, or your email app), and write. They’ll understand. And, through doing so, so will you…a bit more than if you don’t.
